Tape

Yarn/String

Tissues or napkins

Sharpie

Scissors

How to Make an Easy Ghost Garland:

  1. Unfold your napkin and lay it flat.

  2. Ball up another napkin and place it in the center.

  3. Wrap the open napkin around the balled up one and create your ghost head by pinching the top.

  4. Secure the head with a piece of tape.

  5. Use a sharpie to draw your ghosts’ face.

  6. Repeat until you have enough ghosts to fill your garland.

  7. Secure ghosts to string and hang!
